Home made recipes : simple salad dressing

Hai ,kali ini saya mau berbagi sedikit resep dressing untuk salad yang mudah dibuat sendiri di rumah , bahannya pun mudah didapat .
Selain sehat , kita juga bisa adjust rasanya sesuai selera .
Easy breezy
1part of vinegar or lemon juice ( for measurement , you can use cup , tbsp , or other measeurements )
2 parts of olive oil
½ part of health sweetener ( honey , coconut nectar , agave, coconut sugar etc)
original sea Salt/ himalayan salt & pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a small jar and shake ituntil all ingredients perfectly blended .
Honey mustard
½ cup Greek yoghurt
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 ½ tbs honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
Whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl
Balsamic vinaigrette
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic
½ cup mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
Put all ingredients in a jar and shake well
Dairy free ranch dressing
1 cup cashew ( soak over night )
¼ cup almond milk
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp parsley chopped
3 tsp white vinegar
original sea Salt/ himalayan salt & pepper to taste
Blend cashew until soft and add the rest ingredients
Vegan Mayo
1 cup sun flower oil / canola / olive or any healthy oil
1/2 cup soy milk
2 tbsp apple vinegar
1/2 cup cashew (soaked)
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Creamy Turmeric Dressing
2 tbsp cashew / almond butter
4 tbsp cashew / coconut milk
2 tbsp ghee/ other healthy butter
2 tbsp liquid amino
3 tbsp garlic , roasted
1 tsp minched turmeric
½ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Put all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary
legend : tbsp = table spoon . tsp = tea spoon
